For many of us, the case to pay for a broadband connection is very clear cut as it allows many of us to live, work and play from home. However, many households struggle to afford broadband connectivity according to a new report published by Ofcom. The report calls on broadband providers to do more to help address the affordability issued identified. This briefing note summarises the key findings of the report.
