Ofcom grants Code powers to Suez Advanced Solutions UK Limited

In May 2021, Suez Advanced Solutions UK Limited, part of the Suez Group, applied to Ofcom for Code powers. Although we do not typically comment on individual Code power applications, we found this application of interest as Suez is not a typical provider of telecoms services.
